THE ROLE This role offers a mix of hands-on financial tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and cost management, along with administrative responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Inventory Manager, HR Manager, and CCO on key financial tasks such as bill payments, payroll, and financial records. Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation, adhering to company policies. Assist in preparing insightful financial reports. Administrative Tasks: Support cross-functional projects by completing critical tasks. Handle data entry, updates, and maintenance in spreadsheets and databases. Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and agreements precisely. Gain hands-on experience in finance operations and grow your knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and audits. Learn from our seasoned finance team and take on increasing ownership of tasks. Requirements SKILLS & EXPERIENCE A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Relevant experience
